As both a lawyer and general consultant, he has practiced and advised extensively in the fields of resources and business generally. He is the Non-Executive Chair of Pilbara Minerals Ltd and Non-Executive Chair of Genesis Minerals Limited and a former Non-Executive Chair of Saracen Mineral Holdings Ltd and Non-Executive Director or Northern Star Resources Ltd.
Tony is Chair of the Fiona Wood Foundation which focuses on research into burns injuries and a member of the Order of Australia.
Bryn Jones is an Industrial Chemist with extensive evaluation, development and operational experience in the minerals industry across various commodities.
Specialising in leading diverse teams of highly qualified staff Bryn has been at the forefront of PhosEnergy’s technology commercialisation and has participated in several other technology commercialisation and innovation efforts over his career.
Bryn is the non-executive director of Australian Rare Earths (ASX: AR3) Technical Director of Boss Energy Ltd (ASX: BOE) and a non-executive director of DevEx Resources Ltd (ASX: DEV).
Lucy has near 20 years’ experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer in the energy and resources sector. Lucy is presently General Counsel of ASX listed Strike Energy Limited, and prior to that was a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial team at national law firm Piper Alderman. Lucy’s corporate and commercial experience includes asset acquisitions and disposals, commodity sales, joint ventures, project development and financing, IPO’s, capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance.
Tim is a Perth-based mining investor with a strong record of successful investments and value creation in the Australian and international resources sector. He is a major shareholder of entX Limited. Tim is experienced in all facets of the exploration and mining industries both in Australia and internationally and has a thorough understanding of the Australian and global equities markets having raised significant capital on the ASX during his career. Tim is currently the Chairman of Liontown Resources Limited, Chairman of DevEx Resources Limited and Non-Executive Director of Minerals 260 Limited and was Chairman of Chalice Mining Limited until November 2021.
Tim is a corporate executive, experienced in the growth of early stage businesses, and providing strategic advice to a broad range of companies. Tim is the founder and former CEO of The Tap Doctor, and Kalina Power. Tim is currently a non-executive director of Melchor Ltd, non-executive director of Tamaska Oil and Gas, and a non-executive director of Environmental Clean Technologies (ASX : ECT).
