Managing Director

Bryn Jones is a CEO and industrial chemist with a track record of commercialising complex technologies across the minerals, defence, and medical sectors. He has led multidisciplinary teams to take innovations from concept to market, including playing a central role in the development and scale-up of PhosEnergy’s uranium recovery technology. Bryn also serves as a Non-Executive Director of 5E Advanced Materials (NASDAQ:FEAM), bringing strategic oversight to critical minerals and advanced materials markets.

Before joining the company, Massey conducted R&D at ANSTO, focusing on high-temperature, corrosion, and radiation tolerance of materials for nuclear waste forms and Generation IV reactors. She previously served as a radiation regulator at the SA EPA, managing the licensing of Australia’s first Proton Therapy and Research Centre and representing SA on national radiation health committees.
Massey also contributed to the SA Nuclear Fuel Cycle Royal Commission's investigation into expanding the state's role in the nuclear fuel cycle. She is the current SA Chair of the Australian Nuclear Association and a member of the ASTM Nuclear Fuel Cycle Standards Committee.

Scott Edwards has a background in materials science and has spent over 18 years in the global manufacturing industry with SMR Automotive, part of the Motherson global group of companies.
Scott has extensive experience with project management and operations in developing and launching new technology into volume manufacturing. In particular, Scott specialises in the management of translational R&D, possessing a track record of forming working relationships and collaborating with national and international research institutions to scale and productionise innovative technologies into industry.

JULIAN KELLY

Chief Technical Officer

Julian has over 20 years expertise working with & managing nuclear & radioactive materials, Ph.D in chemical physics (ANU), and over 10 years focused on developing IP relating to the innovative uses of radiation science & technology. Julian held scientific roles at CSIRO, the Defence Intelligence Organisation, and at the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO).
Julian served as Nuclear Attaché in the Australian Embassy in Vienna, representing Australia on technical nuclear matters at the UN's International Atomic Energy Agency.

ANDREW NAPIER

Minerals Engineer with over 25 years’ experience across the mining and chemical processing industries, spanning both project delivery and operational leadership.
Andrew specialises in advancing complex technologies from concept through to commercial reality, with a strong focus on process development, scale-up, and market deployment. His experience includes leading the design, construction, and commissioning of major greenfield and brownfield processing facilities, as well as driving innovation in challenging technical environments.
At entX, Andrew focuses on the development and commercialisation of advanced process technologies for the recovery, purification, and supply of radionuclides for medical and industrial applications. This includes progressing novel solutions that enable reliable production pathways and translating technical capability into scalable, commercially viable outcomes.

Damien is an experienced Company Secretary and CFO, with over 20 years finance and accounting experience including 15 years in the mining and mineral exploration industry. Damien is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (Chartered Accountant), an associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia (Chartered Secretary) and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Damien has been providing Company Secretary and CFO services to a number of ASX listed and unlisted entities since 2011.

Leigh has over 20 years of technical and commercial experience across various industries. Following nearly 15 years in the energy sector with global companies including Halliburton and Cameron (Schlumberger), Leigh transitioned to defence with a senior management role in asset integrity on Collins Class Submarines. He then ran a successful consulting business developing SME's business maturity for the energy, defence and space sectors. During this time, he also guided two start-up technology commercialisation projects. Leigh compliments the entX team with commercial acumen and brings a wealth of diverse knowledge and networks particularly in the energy, space and defence sectors.
